Standardised services such as an engine oil and oil filter change have a fixed price, shown before you book. Repairs are itemised estimates: condition, wear, damage and parts decide the cost, and any extra found during the job needs your approval. The one market figure we state is that the same brake job is quoted anywhere from KES 3,500 to KES 12,000. Get the app from the form to go further.

Add your car, choose a service, choose a mechanic or garage, view the estimate, then book. Work can happen at a garage or at your location. Garage jobs: Accepted, Arrived, In progress, Completed, Picked up. When a mechanic comes to you, the same chain without pickup. Get the app from the form to start.

Nobody takes a booking until the UrDrive team has reviewed them: apply and verify a phone, review, approve or decline with a reason, then go live. Only then can a garage take bookings. Use the form and choose I run a garage if you want to join.

Point Check is a guided inspection during the service: 64 points across 8 sections (exterior, interior, engine bay, undercarriage, brakes, suspension and steering, fluids and leaks, tyres and wheels). Each point is marked Good, Attention, Issue or Skipped, and the result is written to the vehicle’s record. See Point Check on the home page.

Each completed job is added to that vehicle’s record — what was done, at what mileage, for how much. The history stays with the car if you change garages, so the next mechanic starts from facts. Get the app from the form.

Fleet Boss is for corporate fleet managers: where the fuel went, how drivers are driving, and whether each vehicle is safe, serviced and on the record. Groups: see the whole fleet; know and coach your drivers; keep people, vehicles and cargo safe; keep every vehicle serviced and on the record. Some tools use hardware fitted to the vehicle. The Vendor App (Android) is for garages and mechanics: bookings inbox, the services and car brands you offer, chat with the driver, earnings and withdrawals, and reviews. The Driver App (Android) is for drivers; the Vendor App (Android) is for garages. The Driver App covers nearby garages, profiles and reviews, estimates, live status, more than one car, coupons and refer-and-earn.
